Job Hi there, I need a quote for the supply and installation of an EDPM flat roof in post code DH6. The roof size is approx 5 mtrs by 2.3 mtrs. The EDPM roof is to replace an existing felt roof which has been in place for about 18 years. The qoute should include for replacement facias to three sides. I am not sure of the adequacy of the underlying roof and I also therefor require a quote for the replacement of the existing wooden deck in 18mm external plywood. I am making this enquiry on behalf of the home occupier. The house is in trust and I am one of the trustees.

Comment I am really pleased to be able to report that Leo and his team have done an excellent job in replacing a very "tired" leaking flat roof and very weathered fascias and guttering to three sides of the main roof. Because I live in the Manchester area and have organised this repair on behalf of my niece Leo has been particularly helpful in providing me with a daily photographic record and commentary on progress. Leo's team also located the source of a long term bathroom water leak that had contributed to the failure of the flat roof. His team replaced the waste pipes/soil pipes at a modest additional charge.
