Replace wooden facia boards with white UPVC and replace spouting and down comers X2 on a standalone brick garage.
Also replace damaged section of roof canvas under the slates.

i have evidence of water on the ceiling of a bedroom and a bathroom both at opposite corners i need someone to come and access what needs to be done and quote me for the job (Tiled roof)
Well what can i say?The Guy turned up assessed the work needing doing, gave me a price,i was happy with the price and he did the job there and then.No fuss no mess.Will wait for the rain now and hopefully everything will stay dry.Must say i am confident! but will report back.

Small coalhouse needs new roof, any material as long as it's waterproof. Approx 1.5 metres square. Urgent.
Failed to arrive on agreed date but rang and explained about vehicle breakdown. Arrived on time next day and did a very speedy and satisfactory job. Would gladly use Alan again and would highly recommend.

My 1st floor flat extension roof is leaking into bathroom and requires repairing, it is over 15 years old
A very professional service from start to finish. Very fast efficient quote provided and work undertaken to a very high standard all within the agreed estimate plus essential work carried out extra to the quote which was not charged for (Guttering repaired). Work carried out well within the estimated time. Overall very happy with the work and would fully recommend PMR for similar work.
