Leaking water into roof space oof house................................................................
Arrived promptly after a phone call. Was very polite and showed concern about our problem of a leaking roof. The whole roof was checked. They took and showed us before and aftter photographs of the suspected problem which was dealt with immediately. Whether the issue has been resolved or not we have yet to determine. We have not had much rain since his visit and I have not been in the roof space to look. If there continues to be a problem Mr Stanbury says he will have another look and try and fix it.

There is a lot of damp on one corner of the house around the area of the down pipe from the guttering. There is no blockage but the tile on that corner of the roof appears to have dropped a bit. Obviously something wrong but not sure what!
Really quick to respond and to complete the work. Friendly and really informative about the problem - provided 'before and after' photos of my roof so I understood the problem and could see what had been done. Extremely reasonable pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend 2 brothers to others.

Contacted me quickly and came out to look at job and quote following day. His quote was competative and provided quickly initially by phone then backed up in writing. As we had water coming in we wanted job done ASAP and as soon as the weather was dry the job was done. Ray was efficient and friendly he turned up when he said he would and completed the job to the standard agreed. Both my husband and i were at work but Ray contacted me to clarify some elements of the job and when we came home the work was done and all the mess cleaned up and old materials removed. i would use this company again.

Replaced one elevation of terraced house tiles, battons and felt, with scaffolding. These guys were brilliant, Great communication through out the whole job. Top quality work, no mess what so ever.. I cant rate these guys highly enough. Also they were very quick, from putting up the scaff to doign the job and taking it down after was within a week and thats with our varied weather. Great value for money the whole thing costs £1600. Will def use them again if I need any work done and have recommended to my friends and family. thanks guys !

Its possibly coming from the outside guttering that runs along over the back door of the ground floor Utility room. The roof is over the single storey room at the back of the property. Once the source is located, repair as necessary and make good small patch in the ceiling. I have only seen a picture of the damage as I live in Worthing. I am visiting the property this Friday ( 2nd Nov) afternoon from 2 pm. It is a rental property so need a time for an appointment. I am making the trip down from Worthing especially to get this job arranged.
