Job flat roof leaking, some roof boards need replacing over the garage. would like it done in fibre glass. Roof covers the garage and dining room attached to side on bungalow. It has a small step up. It has been measured by a surveyor at 47sq m. including 10% uplift.

Job ladder needed. 2 leaks to do. Cement needed in joins on fillets on main roof where lead flashing is . Cement cracked next to wall on lean-to.
