I have a leak in the corner of the bay roof of my flat, possibly the leading but it needs looking at to identify where the waters coming in, tiles are all secure.
Work completed quickly & to a good standard with a thorough clean-up afterward. Very professional & very helpful. I was kept up to date with timings & extra work that needed carrying out was explained calmly without pressure. I would use them again.

I realy cannot comment ,they came to view the job promptly sent me an estimate,which I accepted ,told me there would be 2 weeks before they could do the work,I am still waiting ,every time it rains(quite often) the water comes through.

The building is a complex of 5 converted flat sharing a roof. The roof is leaking on one side where it reaches a V shaped valley. The building is the first in a terrace and the valley wall belongs to next door. The valley part of the roof seems to be leaking quite substantially in Flat 4 and is effecting the Bathroom and Bedroom of the flat all below the V shaped valley. Scaffolding may be needed for repairs but not for estimate. I can be flexible if needed
Filled in the details on this website on Monday evening at about 11pm. They phoned before 9am the next day and were able to visit the property the same day. Gave me a quote in less than 48 hours and the work was all completed in one day at an excellent price. Would recommend to others

We have a half slate half limestone tiled roof. An area of the limestone slates has slipped and needs putting back in place.
Philip was very prompt in his reply to my enquiry both sending a text message and phoning personally. He came to look at what needed to be done within a couple of days and at a time that was convenient for me. As it was difficult for him to see without getting up to the roof what was needed he came back again to look more closely at the actual work involved. We recieved a quote within a couple of days and asked him to go ahead. He came to the house at the time he said and the work was completed in 1 day, everything was left tidy. We were pleased both with the quote (very reasonable) and the work. We would use him again if we needed a repair seen to quickly and at a competative price.

1902 brick semi 2 story house. chimney leaking arond the join to the roof allowing water to enter the roof which has caused the timber roof supports to become wet in the area of the leak (slight fungal gth as a result). Dampness can also be seen on the chimney breast in the bedroom. In addition the gully between two of the roof section also leaking onto the inner timber. Require eimate of repair to include all costs (scaffold, material etc)

We have a flat roof dormer window on the second floor at the rear of our house in Weymouth, Dorset. The felt on the flat roof is failing causing a leak. The roof of the dormer is about 2m - 3m x 1.5m - 2m. Access is via another flat room forming terrace of a rear ground floor, single storey extension. A seperate quote is also required to replace the roofing felt on a porch (not a living space) approx 16' x 4'.
