"Philip was very prompt in his reply to my enquiry both sending a text message and phoning personally. He came to look at what needed to be done within a couple of days and at a time that was convenient for me. As it was difficult for him to see without getting up to the roof what was needed he came back again to look more closely at the actual work involved. We recieved a quote within a couple of days and asked him to go ahead. He came to the house at the time he said and the work was completed in 1 day, everything was left tidy. We were pleased both with the quote (very reasonable) and the work. We would use him again if we needed a repair seen to quickly and at a competative price."
