looking to get my 3 bedroomed semi-detatched house retilled
CM Building Services replaced my roof, repaired the Roughcasting, Rebuilt some brickwork to the rear of the property and repainted the house. The work was carried out in very difficult weather conditions and therefore took longer than initially anticipated. Throughout the process Craig kept me informed of the progress and was open and honest with me regarding my options when blown brickwork was discovered. I would recommend CM Building contracts and would use them again. Richard Palmer Helensburgh.

Rosemary tiled roof leaking in two different places.
I am very satisfied with the work to myroof carried out by JMB Roofing and Cladding. They are efficient, competetivly priced and they know what they are doing. If I have any problem in the future with my roof I will be giving them a call.

New guttering required on one side.

Replace lead flasing to Gable end, this area is the middle portion of three strips approx 2 Meteres in length.
rendiring is approx 3 meteres squaqre and fell off the front of the Flat in stormy weather. there are 2 other areas of render of equal size to be removed.
Once removed I would consider sealing the sandstone and painting with masonory paint rather than rendering.

1. Hole in soffit bargeboard -chewed by squirrels (rear of house SE Corner).
2. 1 1/2 storey front of house - gap in gutter (top).
3. Roof section below gutter is leaking possibly felt needs replacing under tiles.
Job done quickly and efficiently. Problem of leak was impressively sourced before work started. Good advice and friendly service. Cleaned up and high quality of work, would definitely use again. Highly recommended.
