They turned up on time and worked tirelessly often against the odds as the weather was very poor and as this was entirely an external job it was no mean feat! He went the extra several miles throughout the job and was concerned that everything was done properly and thoroughly. He was anxious to ensure that we were completely satisfied. I am getting occasional leaks from my roof causing wet patches in bedrooms. Some of it seems to come from a chimney at the end of the house. Some of it is along the eaves. 3 bedroomed, 20 year old, block built detached house with artificial slate roof. The gutters are clear. The underfelt has flapped at the edges and bits have fallen off. It may make sense to get my facia boards replaced at the same time. I have the money to do whatever needs doing but dont know what to put in the budget field.
It took loads of phone calls over 2 months to get them to return to look at their repair that had only partly worked. They repeatedly failed to call me or come when promised. For example, I spoke to Rob, the owner, on 9 July and was told the contracts manager Steve would ring back that afternoon and he would come personally to sort the job out in the next couple of days. No one rang me and no one came. After loads more chasing they eventually came on 25 July.

Ladders and crawling boards should be sufficient. Bungalow roof; one end has some wear and tear on about 5 ridge tiles. Guttering is plastic. One section has a joint leak. Roof tiles are loose in a few places; would like expert opinion.
Roy Evans is a competent and helpful tradesman who gave me a good estimate of the task, and completed it as expected. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest worker.

i advise scaffolding there are prober 6 tiles that are cracked, due to this i have water running in one down the wall in one of my bedrooms.
Gareth was very professional, and will definetly be using him again. highly reccomended.
