Job 1 Strip back Verge tiles on gable end, replace and re-bed. Barge board and soffit replacement. Also need replacement of damaged tiles.
Job 2 Install cavity closers on flat roof.
John and his sons were reliable, professional and hardworking. I was delighted with the quality of the work. John's communication is excellent: he answers or returns his calls straight away. During the job John showed me the problems that he had uncovered and talked me through how he was going about the repairs. His quote was reasonable and it was a fixed price. I am planning on using John for some future roofing projects I have in mind. I would highly recommend John and his sons.
