Secure two loose tiles on a bungalow roof. One is sticking up and needs to be flattened; the other is needs to be reattached in its correct position.
The team arrived to give a quote exactly when they said they would. The quote was excellent value, and they offered to carry out the work later that same day. They were extremely personable, and worked methodically. It was obvious that they both love what they do. I had an additional job that I asked them about, and they were happy to carry out that work too at the same reasonable price. I can't recommend Eclipse highly enough - their service is wonderful. We won't use anyone else for roofing work now.

Hello, our guttering appears to be at an angle causing all the water to overflow at the end & pool in the flower bed. It is a fairly small part of guttering at the front of the house approximately 4/5ft to the down pipe. Thank you.
We had our overflowing, at an angle guttering fixed however it's not been tested as of yet to confirm if it has worked. Was told £100-150 & unsurprisingly charged £150. Not sure it should be that expensive to move some brackets & clean but if it's fixed I'll be happy.

Repair and maintenance on scotch-slated roof. Currently there is a small leak in the roof, but I suspect it will also need some wider attention re flashing and pointing and some preventative maintenance. The roof section in question is on a high 'tower' part of a Victorian villa.
Prompt and reliable. Recommended. I'm not a roofer so can't really judge on quality of work, besides, the repair work was done on part of the roof that can't be viewed without climbing up there.

I have had a lot of work done on the roof in the last year (its a slate roof on an old cottage), particularly as water ingress at the gable ends was really bad, the skews have been extensively repaired (twice!), this has sorted the problem at one end, but the other end there is still water ingress noticeable in the attic on the inside wall when it rains. I believe it may be getting in via the chimney stack or chimney opening itself. I would like a qualified opinion and then repairs carried out asap.
