Clear all guttering of leaves and other debris. Would do this myself but don't have a ladder. Normal 3 bed detached house so shouldn't take long. Need doing this coming weekend. Thanks.

I'm not sure
Believe there are some holes in the wooden fascia which have allowed squirrel/rats and birds to get into loft. Also want guttering cleaned out and mesh put down gutter downpipe to block access to rats. For info house built in 1987, and need work to be done on a Saturday.
Fixed all areas discussed to a good standard, fitted bird guards under tiles on all four corners of roof, repaired extensive bird damage to felt, sturdy and secure looking job. Completed on time and excellent value for money. Would recommend them.
The starlings looked baffled the next day :)

A single tile has slipped down, may just need putting back up but also one next to it (where exposed gap is now) is broken, which would have been hidden/covered by overlap before it slipped down. Tiles are brown curved interlocking tiles (1987 house). Need someone ASAP - Saturday 7th or Sunday 8th November.
