Budget Under £500

Job The area surrounding the windows in the loft room are leaking. We are unsure if it the window fitting itself or if tiles on the roof need to be replaced. The windows are timber framed.

Comment When Dave fixed our roof he was very friendly and did the job quickly leaving no mess. However, unfortunately Dave was unwell for quite some time after agreeing to do our job which meant he had to cancel twice which was a pain for us (hence our reliability and value score). Otherwise I would highly recommend Dave as a roofer. We would use him again. Deborah
