Got quote to repair leaking garage roof. Was able to identify problem once again and did the job on Easter weekend. Will be using Andrew again. Good value compared to other quotes received. SANDRA

Job Detached 25' garage has old asbestos cement panelled roof supported on steel rafters. Some of the steel will need replacing but all of the old panels need to be removed and replaced with new steel or cement composite panels and insulation panels and plasterboarded inside.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Double garage roof (shallow draft 15 deg! & approx 1 Mtr deep) leaking water over 1/3rd of roof area near up and over door. Remove wavy tiles, repair /replace waterproof membrane and replace tiles.

Comment We are are very pleased with the work recently completed by Lee. He was punctual, polite & Tidy. His quotation was very acceptable, to remove old tiles, batons & felt then replace with new (including correct tiles for a shallow roof). All in all very nicely finished job. I highly recommend Lee and could well be using him in the future for another job! Shaun
