Roofer rang immediately set up time for an estimate, he went on the roof to inspect, gave 3 alternative quotes and explained with the aid of phone photos what needed to be done. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and I was again able to view photos of the completed work. Overall I am very happy with the work done and the photos were a great aid to see before and after works."

"THIS "COWBOY" turned up one his own ,no ladders ! the job is shoddy and unfinished ,boards not fixed under the felt. the levels are appaling leaving huge puddles of water and i have to have the job redone ! i the lead flashing is poorly fixed and uneaven, I am "very" dissopointed and "DO NOT" recommend Kayjay&Son"
