During heavy rainfall water is coming through 2 bedroom ceilings, I cannot see any missing tiles but something is obviously not right. I have been in the loft area but cannot see any problems. I would appreciate a quick visit lookover by a roofer to see if any problem can be seen. Regards Kevin

I have a semi detached side property and am based in Upminster. The guttering is in a bad state of repair and needs repacing. Depending on the cost of the job I would also like to understand how much it would be to have soffits and facias done as well. I may end up just having the facias painted as they are not that bad.
I cannot rate Craig any higher. He is competitive on cost, supplies a quality product, reliable and is a decent honest guy. He done our facia's and soffits in Upminster in June 2011 and recently I had problems caused by more work I had done, no fault of his. I asked Craig for his help and he came out and put the problem right at no cost to me. I've had numerous work done on my house and I can honestly say if all tradesman were like Craig nobody would have any problem.

There is also a small side stack and small area of flat roofing to be replaced.
Estimator thorough. Installers didn't have a works specification sheet though. Had to pick them up on a few things and cladded over existing soffits and fascia even though Estimator said they would be replaced. Had them back twice for things no fault of their own and they have been v.quick to return and make amends. Would recommend, not the cheapest but not the most expensive by a long shot,

glass reinforced plastic is preferable. area is approximately (6ftx14ft)x2 front and rear. ladders are required.

advice would be taken on materials. Area approx 6ft by 12ft. this is a single story extension roff would have to be accessed with a ladder

I need some one to clear and re seal two concrete gutters both about fourteen foot in length.
Came round very Promptly. Had a good idea how to solve the problem of sealing the guttering. Price was reasonable for that proffesion and seems to have solved the leaks.A good Service. Thanks.

To clean and clear debris gathered in 3 sides of semi detached house guttering. Debris caused recent heavy rain to spill over along with the weight of debris causing one section to hang a little lower with bracket needing repair. Facia is in a poor condition but am unable to afford new at present.
