I live in a top floor flat which has a sloped extension roof with felt on it. The felt was replaced a couple of years ago but all of a sudden there is a leak which is right where one of the spotlights are and is dripping through the light.
Needed someone in pretty quick to fix my roof which was leaking water into a spotlight He came on Monday and gave me a quote was told the job would be done on Tuesday received a call on Monday night saying he couldn't do it tomorrow as he double booked me will do it Wednesday. then after several texts I was given several excuses why he could not do the job and understood if I wanted to get someone else in. Wasted 2 days of my time very unprofessional water and electrics do not mix feel let down by this guy

I need a repair carried out to my roof - there is a leak which is creating a stain on my bedroom ceiling - A tile has certainly come off as it was smashed on the floor a week or so ago.
Bang on time for everything, didnt tell me I needed more than I did - for a single lady they were professional, fair and made me feel I could trust them.

We've had some water leaking into the house from outside that occurs at times of heavy rain. From ground level it would appear there may be damage or erosion to the valleys between the main roof and the gable that is causing water to leak into the house. Need someone to investigate and provide a quote for a fix

roof on bay window is leaking
Very fast to respond a fair price was quoted and whe completed i veiwed and looked a good job. A lot of detail because of small area and it looked fine. Both workmen were polite and explained job in lay mans term. would recommend and would use again.

I'm not sure
Small flat roof has leaked into a bedroom. Leak is through one side wall and across the full length of the ceiling, which has split in two (hairline crack - not in danger of falling down). Leak occurs whenever it rains and has been getting worse - seems that the felt layer needs replacing and possibly the boards underneath, depending how much water damage there is (roof has been covered with a tarpaulin to protect from further water damage). The room has three walls to outside of property as it is part of an extension. Roof is very easily accessible by short ladder from an adjoining balcony, or by long ladder from patio below. Property has side entrance from front of house so easy to bring in materials to back garden of property etc.
The job was completed quickly, with very little disruption. Dave and his colleague were very courteous and took the time to explain what they would be doing. I would certainly recommend [COMPANY NAME] to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company and would use them again in the future!

The resulting leaks into the room below (bedroom) have caused the ceiling to actually crack and finally cave in. When it rains water still comes through causing further damage.

We are a semi detached two storey 1910 property in Westcliff. We need one 1m height approx chimney removing and tiling over. We would also like one front valley (3m length max) waterproofing / coating as leaking slightly but we cannot afford replacement of the lead. We also have 3 other slipped tiles in other locations to be put back.
