Budget Under £100

Job I have a leak in the bathroom wall. I have been on the roof and the area around the 'stink pipe' needs fixed. Easy access to roof and ladder supplied. Require reliable tradesman for a fair price.

Job Safety harness needed - access via roof hatch on one side or large velux window on the other.

Comment Lovely man and a pleasure to deal with. Very prompt in issuing a very reasonable quote. Quick and cost-effective job carried out at high level using a safety harness rather than spending a fortune on scaffolding. A few small leaks remain, but with an old roof like ours it's very difficult to get it right first time... George
