Dampness is present in the front room of my bungalow and it can be seen on the side wall.
John from JC Building came to my home and having examined the area of damage to my property gave me a quote which my wife and were happy to accept.He commenced work almost immediately and kept us up to date with the progress of the work.He turned up when he said he would and did the work to a high standard. My wife and I are very satisfied with the standard of the work. We have asked him to come back and do more work for us.

Slate roof. Two problem points. Needs slates replacing to stop leak coming either side of dormer window.
Despite several attempts at organising a review of the job JMB didnt come out. Ive got someone else to complete the work (quality and value cant be commented on as JMB didnt attend but i cant submit without selecting something!)

I am getting water in when there is torrential downpour. One estimate says lead apron at front of chimney needs renewed but he has not turned up for job. Also may need ventilation slates/tiles in loft.
Robert was very good and gave me advice on other jobs at no extra charge. The job he did has so far stood up to torrential rain which was causing a problem before. I would highly recommend and use Robert in the future.
