I had new insulation and flooring laid over a year ago in my attic and I now have white mould growing in it. I have noticed other houses in my estate have had tiles removed and ventilation tiles put in there place and would like a quote to see how much this would cost.

I have found that on the inside of the attic, there is a section of the roof (the plywood) that is damp. Possible damage from recent storms. It's a pitched tiled roof on a four in a block flat.
Very friendly and professional. Job carried out in a quick and efficient manner. Job was quoted and completed within a week to a high standard. Would recommend and use Lanarkshire Roofing again.

During heavy winds some plastic edge covers at the ends of the roof have worked loose and one is cracked. We need these replacing fairly soon in preperation for a Home Report for selling the house. House was built in 2004 by Bryant.
