Job Slate tiled roof leaking. Drops coming in various points into loft. Require quote ASAP.

Comment Difficult to leave feedback for this one. Job was to identify a leak in a slate roof and fix. Great experience on first visit- prompt, good value etc. He identified a plate which needed replacing and did the job the folowing day. But since then we've noted a new leak which may or may not be related but is adjacent to the original leak. We've been trying to get a hold of Michael and one appointment was agreed but no show. Really dissappointed as our earlier experience had been so good. Gary

Job Ridge piece missing, some slates dislodged, water coming in at skylight above stairwell - believe lead flashing needs attention. Would also like quote for cleaning out gutters, possible replacement of gutters. House is semi detached.

Comment Received a call within 10 minutes of posting the job and they came out that morning. Went straight up on the roof to look at the problems and we discussed what needed done. I was happy with what they proposed and felt they were giving me the best options within the price I wanted to pay. They came a couple of days later to do the work and it was carried out to my satisfaction. They were courteous and approachable. Would recommend and would use again for similar work. Sandra
