We have a Victorian converted terrace and have had continual problems with leaks from slates, guttering, windows and more. We need someone experienced with this kind of old building who can diagnose the (many) problems to make us finally watertight.
Collins roofing have been a real find. Paul has been patient in dealing with multiple neighbours and reliable (despite challenges with the weather) and great at communicating. I plan to use him on an ongoing basis.

Water is coming through the roof just a couple of inches inside the window. The flat above me is set back about 18 in and the water is coming through somewhere in the flat section or through the facia. The problem is in the spare bedroom and I only became aware of it at the weekend but it must have been ongoing for some time because the carpet is saturated. Timing: ASAP

From what I understand from my tenant, there is a covering (lead?) over one apex of the double-pitched roof. It's held down by 2 straps, and it's one of those which seems to have come off and the covering is flapping about. Access is through a skylight in the attic flat via a ladder, and it's double-pitched, so no scaffolding will be needed.
Took photos of problem before and after, which helped because I didn't fancy going up on the roof myself. Thanks.

Our roof is leaking, and having gone up to have a look, it would appear the lead has been punctured by a number of nails from within the roof, letting rain in. I would like a quote for replacing this piece of leadwork. The lead is ~125cm narrowing to ~30cm, and maybe ~75cm deep. I have photos of the section if needed.

There's a leak coming in one of my windows which I think might mean leadwork needing to be replaced. The house was re-roofed in 1986. It's an 1870 townhouse.
Steven and his colleague did an excellent job on our roof, fixing a problem which hadn't been properly addressed by previous roofers.They did the job for the price quoted and kept us fully informed of the problem and the solution. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Storm last week has lifted metal strip off top of roof and dislodged some slates. Need to have metal strip re-secured or replaced plus replace slates.
Quick response and came back and fixed minor issue very quickly after contacting them. Would be happy to recommend them.

west end glasgow townhouse top floor flat - double pitched roof. Lead work in front gutter needs relaying, previously just patched, and water getting in. Prob (10x1)m. Plus expansion joints. Tiles neeed relaying on front elevation and middle. Previously patched but poor quality and lose, not overlapping properly. Lead and felt around skylights needs relayed, and grout/cement where flat meets adjacent flat is cracked, needs relayed
