Budget Under £500

Job Water is getting into my house from the roof, making one of the walls damp. Having had a look, the slates are ok, but a small section of flashing looks like it need repaired.

Budget Under £500

Job There is a leak coming down through the roof at the rear. The leak is approx 2-3 feet inside the outside wall over the bathroom. I have looked at the inside from the loft and cannot see any major damage.

Job The felt roof currently covers the garage. it has been leaking over the winter with some damage to the underlying timber which will need replaced.

Budget Under £1,000

Job I need an estimate to fix the cause of the leak and any other general maintainence necessary. Some guttering needs attention, and I think a couple of loose tiles, it's difficult to tell from the ground! I know I'm supposed to give a budget, but I don't know what work is necessary- which is why i'm using rated people- I have to rely on YOU.
