"Andrew responded quickly to the initial posting and was able to start work quickly too. He showed some flexibility around pricing, although the cost of scaffolding hire seemed steep to me, as did having to hire it for a week for one day's work. The job was carried out quickly and tidily with minimum fuss and they turned up when they said they would. We had a problem with the guttering immediately after fitting and it took Andrew a while to respond. At this stage the problem appears to be resolved."
