Updated : This job is probably a repair to lead flashing as the tiles are new, but I have no idea either way which is why the job is partly exploratory. Budget wise it is difficult to estimate before an investigation has taken place. Ultimately, the budget is a function of the scale and complexity of the work to be done; it will cost what it needs. Original : Internal damp on internal chimney breast suggests leak in or around external lead flashing above chimney stack, but problem needs investigation. Replacement roof two years ago has not solved the problem.

Damp getting in via a leaky kitchen roof. Suspect leading may be to blame. Might possibly be a problem with the coping.
Very prompt response; did the work the next day. Looks great from the pictures Sam sent me though haven't seen it in the flesh. Very easy to deal with - a thoroughly satisfied customer.

We've recently had an aerial point moved at the front of our house. Soon afterwards we noticed that dampness around the socket was causing the area around the aerial to get damp and the paint to peel. I think this is because the previous guy didn't seal the entry point properly, and water is running down the cable and into the point.
The entry point is behind the guttering and, as a result, it would require the removal of some of it in order to properly seal it. I'd like someone to both remove the guttering and seal the hole.

We live in a terraced house in Cheltenham. In the recent bad weather we noticed water marks appearing in the top right corner of our back bedroom (the corner on the outside of the house that connects to the neighbours property). We've taken a look in the loft and it would appear that the water is running down one of the joists and collecting in this corner. We can't tell where the water is coming in from however.
The roof is fairly new and looks in good condition, and the flashings also 'look' ok. We'd like someone to come out,find the cause of the problem and fix it.

Have recently moved into a house in Cheltenham (terraced, approx 1900s). Following some heavy rain/wind we noticed some water damage on our back bedroom ceiling. This has reoccurred each time we ve had heavy rain. The roof itself is fairly new and in good condition, so am not sure where the leak is coming from. Was hoping that someone could come out to find and fix the problem.
