"This builder/roofer arrived at the time and date promised. He showed me just how bad the existing roof felt, boarding and facias were. He anticipated that there would be no roof insulation which proved to be the case. He carried out a very good repair job including clearing up some pretty awful previous DIY repairs. My only reservation was that he attempted to get me to pay for a mini skip to take away the old felt etc. This was in lieu of the extra cost incurred in putting in roof insulation which did not come to anything like the cost of the skip hire. Having received a quotation from him prior to the repairs I refused to pay for the skip but I agreed to pay for the insulation. "
