"I'm afraid that the work done on my roof flashing and chimney was completed by Karl but the work he did has not mended my leaking roof and I have tried to contact him and have left messages informing him that the roof is still leaking badly in the places he was supposed to have fixed them but he has not returned my calls and I am now out of pocket with a roof leaking as much as it did before he did the work.
