Fit new roof felt and battens - please confirm spec of felt Replace rear elevation slates from existing slates Supply and fit front elevation slates from new. Advice required on various slate options please. Re-bed ridge tiles Replace lead-work around chimneys and pediment valleys Advice required on retention of tiles on front elevation roof edge where they are prone to lifting by prevailing weather. Repairs to front porch canopy - remove existing loose rendering, supply and fit lead cap flashing with bell beading, and cement render to proper finish Quote to include supply of scaffolding for the duration of the job plus optional extra to extend should we wish to proceed with external re-decoration of the house. Separate quote for external painting of property. All debris and rubbish to be removed from the site, and site left clean and tidy. Please provide quotation itemised to show materials and labour split.
