I need a flat roof repaired at the front & rear of my property..the rear is to an integral garage...area approx 9 ft x 8 ft...the front is over the porch area & is approx 9 ft x 3ft...
The work done was of a satisfactory standard but there was some clearing up to do after they'd left (shingle/moss) from the roof..Our gates to the driveway were also damaged by them when driving their van out with no offer to repair it or admission of responsibility..Although I didn't actually see it happen I did catch them looking at/inspecting it..It wasn't like that when they arrived..Now our gates won't close properly..Because of this I would NOT hire them again..because what they did was dishonest.

The house is end of terrace cottage and was built in the late 1890s - it was originally a 2 up, 2 down. It has since had a single story side extension and a rear single story extension added. The original part of the house has a pitched roof - it is this roof that needs repair or replacement - professional opinion and quote for works required.
Jason was very prompt in attending the property to provide a quote. He was very professional and provided a reasonable and detailed written quote within 48 hours. We are due to move house but the purchaser was very pleased with the quote and intends to employ Jason for the work to be completed.

I'm not sure
I have two damp patches that appear at the top of my bedroom wall (ceiling level) each winter. On investigation there are also a couple of damp patches on 2 joists in the loft above where the damp patches appear. I think water is getting in either because of a loose roof tile or due to worn felt which needs replacing. I would like someone to recommend the work that needs undertaking to fix and provide a quote.
They were very quick to come over and have a look at the job. Very helpful and professional when quoting for the work too.

N.B. I have already tried to submit this just now but nothing happened so i dont know if it was sent by the website. So this may be a duplicate entry. I have concrete (finlock/royston?) gutter with a rigid continuous aluminium liner in it. Water is getting under the liner at the end seal and leaking above the windows at the concrete block joins. I have been up and had a look and found the sealant is cracked and perished at the end of the liner where it finishes and the gutter continues unlined over the neighbouring property (they do not have a rigid liner). I have narrowed the leaking down to this end seal by temporarily damming the gutter around the joint and filling it with water and found it leaked straight away. The rest of the liner is in good condition and I could not get it to leak by using a hosepipe along the rest of the roof and gutter. So I need the liner lifted at its end (it is held to the gutter by about 5 screws/rawlplug type fixings and the old sealant), all the old sealant and dirt etc cleaned off, and the liner re-sealed/bedded with some new decent silicon sealant that will withstand the water when it rains and the conditions outdoors and the expansion of the aluminium liner etc. Will probably need new screw/plug fixings aswell - I doubt the old ones will be reusable after being in the bottom of a gutter for years. I need this done on both sides of the house in one place on each side. The house is like a normal semi detached house although it is split into 4 flats, 2 each side. So it is the height of a normal house with the gutters above the 1st floor as normal. Access is good - you can get a ladder to the gutter from the garden on both sides, and you can get right up onto the concrete gutter and sit/kneel on it and walk/shuffle along it if necessary.
Highly Recommended. Very fast response, nice bunch of chaps, did a great job at a reasonable price and excellent after sales support.
