Sat 4th Feb. Responded with a phone call within an hour of the job being listed. Arranged to inspect Sunday morning.......arrived at 9.30 for a 10am appointment! It was an emergency and time was of the essence. Although invited I declined the invitation to climb the ladder and inspect myself! Photographs were duly taken. Remedial action was taken immediately to alleviate potential further problems. Quote received by email that afternoon which was accepted and they agreed to return the next day to carry out a more permanent repair. Completed totally to our satisfaction.
