Claen out guttering and posible downpipe blockage. Minor repair to downpipe.
John and his workers turned up when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would do , all for a reasonable price.....very pleased. Gutters now look new. They identified some other minor repairs and did this work as well,but only after discussing with me first and agreeing the additional cost, which again was very reasonable.

I have a leak in the study, which I believe is due to a Lean-to that was put in December 2010. The company have since changed names and the insurance they offered is longer valid. I believe it is something to do with the box gutter that was installed between the main pitched roof and the back of the lean-to. There are no pipes in this area and only leaks when it rains.
Provided photoes by e-mail before & after to provide proof of work done. Very efficient & reliable and quality of work looks very good.

I am in a bungelow and the gully has quite a bit of bits and pieces, plus some cement has broken away
I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the work from 1st Class roofs, they kept on the go with out hardly stopping all be it for a short lunch break.The owner of the company was on hand to ensure everything was done, and the enire area was left clean. I will use them again.

The original mineralised felt is beyond repair and requires replacing with something more effective and long-lasting - probably a GRP product. Since the work is one of repair and renovation, the existing insulation should NOT need replacing.

We have a flat roof extension at the back of the property with a raised outlay that is tiled down all the way around, so it's a dish style flat roof with drainage points, extends over two properties. We have had in recent weeks a few water marks appearing on the ceiling and although not major, we will need a quote for a re-surfacing of just out side and a quaote also to complete the whole lot over both properties. I estimate the flat roof to be roughly 2.5 meters including the raised end inside by 4.5 meters (width of just our side) 9 metres for total. If the tradesman also has experience of wooden edging under the tile works that lead onto the verticle area of the lining, that would be required as I believe this needs replacing also. Thanks,

A dubious firm who cold-called and were hired by my wife for clearing gutters and cleaning windows told us we had minor woodwork problems on our tiled roof. They did a lousy job just cleaning the windows (work we could see!) so we will not use them for any further work. However, the roof has not been looked at for some years so we are looking for just a roof inspection from a more reliable firm to ensure there are no problems. Our house is a 3-bed small detached with pitched and tiled main roof plus 100 sq. ft flat roof over garage and porch.
