"Paul gave us a detailed explanation of the work that was needed and offered his advice about the best course of action to take. We accepted his quote for the work since it seemed to be reasonably priced and the most logical approach to the problem. There was a small issue with the doorbell not working when he first came over to give the quote which meant we had to rearrange for another day. Not sure who was at fault - Paul or my husband - but otherwise he was very reliable. And so far, so good regarding the leak!"
