Following installation of new ariel, the chimney has been found to have a loose brick and is in need of some re-pointing
Arrived when they said they would, did a good job. Reported on other work that needed doing and used photographic evidence of my roof to prove their point. I immediately used them to do the other work too. He offered to come back to fix the guttering although he hasn't done it yet - I will report back if he actually does it! However, I would recommend this roofing tradesman.

Drain pipe from gutter secured by 4 plastic clips has broken free after the high winds last Thurs. 4 plastic clips / clamps around the drain pipe have sheared off. Drain pipe needs to be aligned back to the gutter and new plastic supports fixed to the house brick wall probably have 2 extra supports added. Property is a town house, 3 storeys.
Very prompt and efficient, contacted Rated People and spoke to Simon who understood what had to be done. He called around to the property to assess the situation and 2 days later effected the required repairs to the drain pipe from the gutter which has become detached. Tidy job with no mess / damage, thanks for your help Simon.

My property is a semi-detached bungalow. It has a small area of flat roof over a bay window. Damp appears on the ceiling inside the window. It appears the facia boards may need replacing, plus the guttering. I had some work done on the roof area itself about 5/6 years ago but it never really cured the problem. I need an assessment of the problem plus a quote for the repair.
