Two side extensions to bungalow require re-felting
They left a few slight scorch marks on uPVC fascias.
They promptlyly recalled when contacted & made good the damaged areas.
I would use them again.

Take off old felt and remove and re felt flat single garage roof.
I was very disappointed with this company. The workmanship was so poor I had to get them to come back and re do the work that they were supposed to carry out the first time. I would not use this company again.

The top of the present chimney pot is below the apex of the roof. A taller chimney pot is needed to stand higher than the point of the roof.
I was very pleased with Tom's work on the chimneypot replacement and the advice he gave me about the other outlet for the oil burning boiler. Tom was also able to replace a broken roofing tile - fortunately I had one to hand - that unsolicited help was most appreciated. I will recommend his services to others.
