There is now internal damage that has been caused by the roof leaking which should have been claimed on Viv's insurance and he has not been obtainable since the beginning of August in order to process the claim for which he had asked me to source 3 quotes. I have now had a different roofer come to my house to see if he can stop the leak that wasn't there before I got the new roof. Viv has had ample opportunity to rectify this situation. I have left numerous messages, written to him and called his landline number that he gave me which is now unobtainable. "
