victorian terraced, lead 3 window bay roof. just had new windows fitted to bay, which appears to have disturbed the old lead roof, it's now leaking (not badly, but leaking non the less) Would like a vist to review the roof to see if it's repairable, or re-coverable (some of the lead, where it bends it starting to split and the wall flashing appears to have a couple of holes) and would also consider a quote to remove lead and replace with suitable alternative.
haven't comitted to the job yet - got the installers of the windows to make a re-fix on it. but the quote given by A1 was reasonable, and we will consider using him again in the future for other work.

Updated : Assessment and repair. Original : We have a slight leak in a room at the rear of the house, on the 1st floor. We have had repairs to that area of the roof about 8 months ago, however during the recent heavy weather, we have noticed that water has got in via another route. I have a ceiling in a bedroom that has got some signs of water appearing. i'm not sure if this is due to a tile issue or guttering issue also a slight bit in another bedroom at the front of the house.I will need the source of the problem sorting out and the ceiling repairing.Also I could do with the ceiling in my porch replacing after it got ruined by water getting in before (though I have had the roof refelted a couple if years ago) I'm just guessing a budget as I don't have a clue what it will cost but I need it doing fairly quickly before the problem get too much worse
