Four ridge tiles have fallen off the roof.
This company was not chosen by me self to complete my roof repairs, but they quoted a good price, polite, original contact couldn't make it to asses repair, but another member of the business was sent instead. I call that good service. Thanks guys and better luck next time.

Fascias over front porch and bay windows have 'come away' from soffits. I think those over the bay windows could probably be 'pinned back' relatively easily, but because of the amount of water coming down from between the soffit and the fascia over the porch I believe it possibly hides a bigger problem behind that really needs to be investigated before any remedial work is done. There is now obvious damp on the brickwork so it's a problem that needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
