Water leak coming in from central gully joining property. House is semi detached in Petts Wood. Gully needs cleaning of debri and inspecting of leading around general area. Will no pay call out charges, but happy to discuss job in more detail over the phone.
Overall very happy with service, although quite expensive i felt for what amounted to less than one hours work.

I require the following work: 1. Replace existing tiled roof with new tiled roof (three bedroom 1930s semi) together with new membrane, and a few vent tiles. 2. New guttering (I would like deep gutters or the larger diameter ones) 3. New fascias and soffits. 4. Remove a very small chimney stack at the rear and tile over (not the main one on top). 5. New flashings around the main chimney stack. 6. Remove two old water tanks from the loft (they are redundant and simply need cutting with an angle grinder to pull them out between the rafters). 7. Remove all rubbish. I would like the work to begin ASAP. I have obtained quotes from local roofers which are slightly on the high side (the lowest being £5,700). My budget is £5,000 (I can pay in cash - half up front, half on completion). Good references required.
We wanted a new roof, gutters, soffits, and fascias. Jason and Rob were excellent from start to finish. They took us through our options and gave us a highly competitive quote which was within our budget. They were very polite, extremely hardworking (putting in a 12 hour shift on the first day), and efficient. They were professional and reliable, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. We shall certainly use them again if the need arises.

Dan arrived at the appointed time and gave a competitive quote. He then started the job straight away completing it to a high standard. His original estimate was for the repair of 8 ridge tiles but on further inspection only 4 required work and adjusted his price accordingly. He worked non stop, only pausing for a glass of water and cleared up afterwards. Very satisfied with all aspects of his work and I would reccomend him.

We have a chalet style house with a flat roof each side of the house - we have a leak one side (temporarily covered with plastic) which we are looking to get fixed.
Allen gave us a very competitive quote, were very friendly and turned up when they said they would. The only reason we didn't use them for the job was that a friend of a friend ended up doing for us.

Hi, After a quote for a gutter repair / replacement. The plastic guttering on one side of the garage at home appears to be split into two pieces with the join about half way down the length of the garage. This has become detatched at the join, causing water collected on one side of the roof to run down the wall at the join, rather than into the downpipe. I can't really get to it myself as it's on the side of the garage that faces next door's garage & there's only about a1ft gap between each. Both garages have pitched roofs, so I can't get to it over mine without the proper ladders. I'd like to arrange a time for someone to have a look. It probably makes sense to clear out the gutters on both garages at the same time, so I'd like the quote split to cover this option also. Many thanks, David Sparke

Hi - we have a separate double garage (access down accessible track behind house) with a wooden roof that has partially caved in, and both wooden doors have come off their hinges and are beyond repair (due to the recent storms). We would like a quote to have a cheap roof (corrugated metal or something similar perhaps) and doors replaced. We just want to reasonably secure the garage from wind and rain so it can safely contain storage, so would be looking at a cheap quote. A fence panel has also fallen so would like a quote for that - if possible. Thank you kindly.
