Job Updated : The surface covers a standard single garage leading to porch. Also small areas above bay window Original : Currently have a bituminous felt roof that needs re-doing / changing to plastic/rubber surface

Job Chalet bungalow. There are three dorma flat roofs upstairs. We have a leak coming through one roof, into loft space, and then through our downstairs bathroom light fitting. The flat roofs look relatively new (we only bought house year ago). Only leaks when rain is very heavy, or when rain driven in by wind. It looks as if leak is coming from the side of the dorma itself. Therefore think that the lead flashing may need replacing, rather than anything else. That it only an inexperienced guess however.

Comment Very impressed with all aspects of the service provided. When quoting Steve showed me the extent of damage, what remedial work was needed and why. Steve kept in contact when waiting for a suitably dry day to complete the work. Steve clearly takes great pride in his skill/trade; the finish looks very neat and tidy. Most importantly it has rained several times with no leak! Would recommend without hesitation. Rob
