Responded quickly and provided a firm price and undertook the work within days. Crew were polite and tidy. Due to nature of job I have left it while before rating to confirm the work done stood up to the recent bad weather which it indeed has. Will gladly use them again, although would prefer a better quality invoice next time.

Water is coming into my home. leaking from ceilings/walls at front of house. May be entering from a drain or ledges above windows on front of house. is happening now. Tall Georgian property.
Stuart turned up very promptly to my home where alot of water was entering through the walls and ceilings on 2 floors during a storm, He arrived properly equiped and put my wife at ease with his courtious and professional manner. To our surprise he went up on to our very high and wet roof alone and had it sorted within the hour. He did a good job for a very reasonable price and I would highly recommend him

John was very patient while the guttering problem was being negotiated as it affected both houses and indeed made many phone calls on my behalf. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and the job has been largely completed. John also repaired a broken sash window and some other little outstanding jobs. Highly recommended! Excellent work, and a very professional finish - I would highly recommend! The quoted price was based on my estimate of the roof size, which turned out to be smaller than the actual roof area (so more materials were needed). However, the work was still completed in one day, and a new price negotiated The price was very reasonable, I would look to ask Vince to complete other jobs in the future
