1) Small soffit replacement of old lath and plaster. 2) Refix small section of plastic guttering to fascia. Awkward access at back of house 1 story up.

We have a small leak in our roof, which is causing water to come into our top bedroom when it rains haeavily. We had a roofer replace 8 missing tiles a couple of months ago as he said this was the cause, but unfortunately, the leak persists and we can't find the original roofer to re-look at it. I suspect there's a small hole/gap which lets the water through that simply needs sealing. It's a 3-storey Victorian house in central Tunbridge Wells (off Prospect Road).
I found Phil on Ratedpeople.com via a Google search. He was very professional throughtout - gave me a price estimate over the phone (which he stuck to), turned up on time, fixed the leak on our roof efficiently (at what I consider to be a very fair price) and was generally very pleasant to deal with throughout. He offered to come back if the leak happened to come back (no reason to suspect it will!).Would definitely recommend him for any roofing needs you may have.

Semi detached house, needs all facia/ soffits and draining replaced, front back and sides. Also cost to repair or replacement small roof over front doorway - currently flat but would consider replacing with a tiled angled roof with timber supports, and also repair flat roof on a bay window.

When it rains, water comes through the ceiling in the attic space (which is my bedroom). As a result a hole in the celing has appeared and there is water staining all down the wall inside my fitted wardrobe. The chimney is adjoined to the flat next door and water staining was been found next door. Scaffolding was erected a year ago and work was undertaken to repair the lead flashing and chimney stack. Unfortunately the problem has returned and I need it resolved. The two flats involved are leasehold and the leaseholder who aggreed the original work has suggested I contact another professional for a second opinion..
