I can see a whole in the slate roof from inside the loft, and it is letting some rainwater in. It may be a missing tile(s) or leadwork, I am unsure.
Very fast and work seems ok but I have to wonder about the price of £470 for half a days work on a job that involved very little materials

Replacement of existing and fitting of roof edging on gable end.
Excellent service. Can't recommend Mark and Primeplas highly enough. Mark called round to give the quote and was straight forward with no bull or spin and knew what he was talking about. The actual job was delayed due to the dreadful weather we've been having but Mark kept me informed and so I was happy as I new what was going on. I was only having the roof edge line done but Mark also sorted a leak whilst he was up there. I will be getting Mark & Primeplas back to do all of the soffits & facias. Excellent!
