"Further to my earlier comments I was contacted by Rated People about my dissatisfaction with this trades person. They strongly advised me to contact Trading Standards, which I did. Trading Standards said because of the amount involved there wasn't any point in me persuing the matter, however they have logged my complaint against this guy & will monitor to see any any futher complaints are made. I have to say I was a little dissapointed with Rated Peoples responce because I would have at least expected them to contact this guy to see if the matter could be resolved. All they said was "we are a referral service". Your probably just as safe getting a trade person from your local paper. "
