"Nice lads. Got a quote and and they carried out the work, we asked for a receipt and a listing of the complete works that were carried out, as their quote was a little confusing (the quote seem to include all the work that NEEDED carring out on the roof, not what they were actully going to do, we also ask them to send us a quote for a new roof as the work needs carrying out in Feb). Did the work on a wednesday, they phoned my husband up on the Thursday asking for the payment to be made, they said they were happy to take a cheque, and a cheque was sent on the friday. We are still waiting for the receipt, the list of work that was carried out and the quote for the new roof that we asked for! We have given the overall ratings as we are still waiting for this information. Called them today 17/11/08 and was told that the quote that was first sent out was the receipt...all very confusing!!! "
