Ronnie did rearrange the start date but gave us pleanty of notice and did turn up on time, on the rearranged date. Ronnie was very helpful doing some work which not in the original quote, without charging us.
Although the sealant used for the flashings was probably not the ideal material, the work was done to a good standard (a neat job) and Ronnie and his mate kept a tidy site, "
