single cracked tile half way up garage slope , doesn,t seem much of a job but cannot reach of my steps or ladders . If tile replacment is solution , tile measurement is aprox 1 foot square . house is 15 years old.

The roof has a leak near or on the chimney breast. Please can you initially provide me with an estimate for the total cost of the work following assessment . It is a slate roof. I cannot put a true accurate price as I do not yet know what it will be. I just want someone professional, trustworthy and honest enough to do a good and thorough job.

The downpipe has become disconnected from the guttering. It is on a very high 3 storey building.
These lads were very quick to respond and helpful in assessing and completing the job immediately. I would definitely recommend them.

The recent strong gusts of wind and heavy rain has loosened some tiles or damaged some, and I am having water leak into my loft and its leaking onto my bedroom ceiling. I need a roofer to get up and repair what needs doing asap before more heavy rain comes and I get severe wet rot up there. Thanks.

We need a quote to replace a flat roof over a terrace house kitchen extension.Need to know what types of roof and price comparisons please cheers Martin.
Probably not the best people to do your flat roof.I had issues on their completion of the roof but nails or screws protruding may pull through the rubber covering.It may not leak but the aesthetic finish is something to be desired.I WOULD LET THEM COME BACk and sort it but they havent contacted me.It might be too costly to rectify as i paid them cash with out a receipt.I have been kind with my brief.My advice is to pay a bit more and have a long lasting nice looking job.

I have a leak in my roof and also requires some maintenance, need assessment of the roof and quote to put right.
It's always hard to chose a tradesman and flicking through adds and mags isn't the easiest way. I heard the advert for rated people on Talksport and i must admit it was a no brainer. Even though you are still shooting in the dark a bit you can go and check previous jobs on the people who contact you. ABS Roofing were excellent. The guys were friendly and honest. I had said that my roof may need a full re-roof but they said that was necessary and took pictures of the problem spots and showed me when they came down from the roof. I found them up front and the quote was resonable and the work done quickly and properly. I have already recommended them to my parents and one of my friends and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone else.

approx size of roof 2.5 m x 6m flat garage roof. existing roof is roofing felt with plywood base
Hyndburn roofing are an excellent roofing firm, They arrived promptly, the work is of a high standard and they have contacted us several times since completing the work to check that the garage roof they replaced was fine and not leaking in any way due to the heavy rain we had recently. I would recommed this firm.
