very pleased with the service provided, had difficulty getting quotes from others, or was not comfortable with others, turned up when discussed, actually listened to what i had to say and provided a quote quickly, kept me informed, was comfortable with d&l, work was very tidy didnt leave a mess at all, and went that extra mile for an elderly neighbour who asked for help. would highly recommend, very polite and pleasant trades people.

Slight damp appearing in two rooms of the house. Think there are a couple of slipped or missing tiles that need replacing. In addition there is a leak from the guttering to the front of the house which perhaps needs either repair or replace.

My slate roof was replaced a few years ago.Since then there has been a leak near the dormer.The contractor came a couple of times but never sealed the leak and now he is not contactable.I would like the leak repaired.
Took photos to show us the roof repair that needed doing.Came on time and did the job.It has not rained hard since,so cannot say any more at the moment,but I am happy with everything.

As a result of the strong winds last week one of the ridge tiles on my roof appears to have slipped. This will need to be put back. My neighbour alerted me to the aforementioned and said he could not see any further damage, however, I would also ask that a check is made whilst carrying out the ridge tile job. It is a two storey house with pitched roof. The house is approx 16 years old. The front garden is paved/gravel and so I think a ladder can be put up easily. I am providing my mobile number but I am in a meeting all afternoon. I will call you back though if you leave your number and quote (including when you might be able to do the job). Thank you.

I live in a dormer house and last night when it was raining heavily noticed a leak into the bedroom. It only seems to leak with very heavy rain as it didn't leak again this morning at all even with quite a lot of rain. It looks like the leak may be where the flat roof meets the pitched roof.
