"Sorry Melford, I was sure I'd already done this!! Melford did a great job, of the 3 tradesman that quoted for the job he was the only one who recommended fixing the root cause of the issue (ie replacing the lead valley) rather than using a sealant to patch the faulty lead up with and even then, his quote was not the most expensive. He was professional and courteous whilst doing the job and we've had several torrential downpours since (where's the brilliant Summer we were promised??) and the problems clearly sorted. Thnaks a lot Melford, if I ever need roofing work again, I will definitely get in touch. Regards, Dave"

"John arrived after he checked to make sure we were in.told us what he thuohgt the promlem was.said he could do the work today hegave what we thouht was a fair price.Hewent to get the materials, came back did the job. John was polite and curtess said if we have any problems again he will come back to put it right. We will have to wait and see if the repair is ok after we have heavy rain, so far we are happy with the way he did the job. "
