Not really Sure..the leak is on a ridge and the pointing needs to be assesed..,
I am also considering replacing Sofix board
Very knowledgeable in the issues with roofing and gave a good view of the problems and what was needed to resolve the issues by providing options. The team did a very professional job in a timely manner and they were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
