rang within 10 minutes of posting job then arrived when promised to quote. We accepted the quote and he rang later that day to tell us when he would call to do the job.On the day in question nobody came, no phone call, no text,, no reply to our phone calls,no reply to our messages.We are very disappointed.

Property is in need of a full re roof. Property is a 3 bedroom Semi detached. Roof will need new tiles as there are broken slates. There will need to be a felt installed as well.
Cain (CPL Roofing) was great from the offset. We were looking for other tradesman to supply a quotes but Cain's quote was the best and also provided a longer guarantee than anyone else. We were very impressed on the short time it took and equally impressed on the high standard of work that was carried out.

House is a 3 bed semi-detached built 1929. Slate roof with round top red ridge tiles.If possible[or practical]replace matching ridge tiles,if not possible the minlmum work required on roof are ridge tiles to be re-mortered...[And] The [wood] Soffits need a repaint] If that is in any persons criterion !?...
I am very pleased with the work [New ridge tiles]. Found them very obliging [Removel of old ariel & rectified gutter etc]. Also very happy with the cost . Alan

I have a large conservatory as extension to the main house. The structure is brick walks and glass panels set in wooden struts pitched on all sides. The side to the existing building has a guttering made with some sort of lining. The problem. I can get the builders to look at the fault. The wood under the plastic felt is rotten, you can feel it crunching and rain water is coming through in some places, specially when it is heavy. The extension is 4 years old
