Rainwater is running down outside of internal rainwater pipe in a three storey office building. Water appears to be coming from where pipe runs through flat roof slab as if the pipe may be corroded in the first 600mm from the flat roof gulley. The roof itself has had repairs around the gulley and seem to be sound. Photos available.
Cain came back to me quickly on the quote and came to site within a couple of days to quote. The quote and advice was very good and the job was completed a few days later. Cant Fault. Thanks.

I noticed a leak in the ceiling this morning. I checked the loft and there is a gap in the roof. It does not look too big, but clearly needs repair. Could we get a quote as soon as possible? The house is a two bed terrace. I have put an approximate budget, but this is guesswork.
Made a clear estimate that was very fair and made no effort to persuade me that extra work needed doing, which would have been easy as I clearly knew nothing about roofing. Also, gave very good communication about when the job would be done.

A strip of lead on the skylight needs fixing, probably replacing as it causes a leak. Also, there is something dodgy going on with our bay window, causing another leak. Many Thanks

garage needs refelting completely and maybe new boards.
Russell was very helpfull when my roof had collapsed and quoted me a good price. They were very polite and turned up when they said they would and the roof looks brilliant. All round a very good experience with longmead roofing and would definitly be using them for any future roofing needs.

Terraced house with original slate roof has developed a couple of leaks apparent during thunderstorm.
prompt response, detailed investigation of problem, work carried out within a week, and to very high standard at reasonable price. Would recommend them to anybody.
