I am not sure of the dimensions of the garage but I know it is longer than the standard. The roof would need to be repaired or replaced. A pitched roof might be preferable in future but the weight might be an issue...
This firm did an excellent job of my garage roof. They came to quote me for the work on the day and time they said they would and did a thorough job (measuring carefully and defining the work accurately) meaning they did not need to visit again before starting work. The costings were clear and competitive. It took a short while between me accepting them as my favoured contractor and work beginning but I understand that was due to the bespoke nature of my requirements. Again when they said they would come and do the job they arrived on time and only left when the garage was secure and waterproof. They returned to finish the job a few days later, again at a pre-arranged time. Although the job has only just been completed and so I cannot comment on the longevity of the roof I am very happy with what has been done. It is a very well fitted, tidy solution and all the work that we agreed would be done has been to my satisfaction. I would recommend this firm wholeheartedly.

We have a utility area extension approx 3.5x3.5m. Its has a flat roof which we are looking to have replaced. The existing roof will need to be removed unless overboarding is possible. The current roof has been there for 10+yrs and water is collecting inbetween the beams (sagging) guess as its a chipbaord base. Weve had some small leaks thus we are looking for a tradesperson who is a specialist in flat roof replacement, with the required industry accreditations and can provide guarantees for workmanship. As part of the job we will require the existing fascia on the extension capped with PVC. The guttering is fine and wont need replacing.
